Chicago-based custom woodworking shop is seeking a skilled and reliable shop helper with experience in a professional woodworking environment. We specialize in high-end custom cabinetry, doors, millwork, and fine wood projects.
Position Requirements:
Must speak and understand English
Ability to read, understand, and follow blueprints and shop drawings
Experience using woodworking tools and machinery
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise work
Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
Reliable transportation
Clean background
We are looking for someone dependable, focused, and motivated to produce quality craftsmanship in a team-oriented shop.
Compensation is based on experience.
