Skilled Home Remodeler/ Foreman

Location: SF Bay Area, Peninsula (Daly City)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45-$50 per hour

I am a residential general contractor looking for a skilled and experienced Home Remodeler to join me. The ideal candidate should have a passion for home improvement and renovation projects, as well as the ability to work well with others and lead a small team.

Responsibilities:
- Execute home remodeling projects, including kitchen and bathroom renovations, room additions, and whole-
house renovations

• Collaborate with other trade professionals to ensure project goals are met
• Able to act professionally around clients
• Perform carpentry, minor electrical, plumbing, and other related tasks as needed
• Install and repair drywall, tile, flooring, cabinetry, and other miscellaneous installations.
• Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with local building codes and regulations

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in home remodeling and renovation projects
• Proficient in using hand and power tools, such as saws, drills, and sanders
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Strong work ethic and communication skills. Must speak basic english and spanish.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (truck preferred)
• Must be legal to work in the U.S
