🎯 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are hiring for our Skilled Laborer track. We need people with real experience in Concrete Finishing or Mechanical Repair.

These skills are vital to the high-end systems we build, but you need to understand the reality: this is an installation job first. You will be doing more digging, hauling, and installing than anything else—finishing is just the final piece of what we do. We need professionals who aren't "too good" to jump in the trench and move dirt with the rest of the crew when the work needs to move.

🏆 THE SKILLS WE VALUE:

Concrete Finishing: Setting forms and achieving a smooth, expert trowel finish every time.

Mechanical Skills: Fixing tools and handling oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections for our fleet.

Installations & Service Skills: Installing and troubleshooting sump pumps and discharge lines solo.

✅ WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Age 18+ with a valid driver’s license and your own ride.

Real experience in concrete, masonry, or mechanical repair.

Able to lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet all day.

Punctual (on time means 5 minutes early).

A good attitude and the ability to take initiative without being asked.

💵 WHAT YOU’LL GET:

The Trial Week: You start at $25.00/hr for a 5-day on-site audition. We value your hustle more than your resume.

The Skilled Offer: If you pass the trial, we make formal offers for the Skilled Track starting at $26.00 - $28.00/hr based on your verified skills.

The Pay Ladder: A documented path to $30.00/hr+ as you master our systems and leadership modules.
