**skilled laborer needed**

Residential General Contractor has a need for a skilled laborer to help with final stages of a luxury home build. This is a sub contractor position, not just a 1099. You would need a business name and current liability insurance in that name. The work is available right away for the right reliable person with the proper credentials.

You must meet these requirements:

**Reliable transportation
**Able to speak and understand English
**Have some basic hand tools
**Show up on time.
**Be able to work with a team
**Not afraid of hard work, be able to lift at least 75lbs
