Skilled Laborer (Waterproofing, Carpentry, Concrete)

Mason Reconstruction is hiring Skilled Laborers to perform waterproofing, carpentry, and concrete work on multifamily and HOA reconstruction projects. You will work under a Foreman as part of a field crew, on jobs that demand clean workmanship and a real work ethic. If you take pride in your trade and show up ready, there is a path here to Lead and Foreman.

What You'll Do

• Perform hands-on waterproofing, carpentry, and concrete work under the direction of the Foreman
• Light framing, general installations, demolition, and site setup and cleanup
• Assist with concrete flatwork: forming, pouring, finishing, and saw cutting for walkways, slabs, landings, and patios
• Prep surfaces and assist with the application of waterproofing membranes, coatings, and sealants
• Load, unload, stage, and handle materials and tools on site
• Operate hand and power tools safely and keep them in good working condition
• Follow all safety protocols, wear required PPE, and keep the work area clean and organized
• Communicate progress and any issues to the Foreman throughout the day
• Represent Mason Reconstruction professionally on occupied properties where residents are present

What You Bring

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on construction experience in waterproofing, carpentry, or concrete
• Comfortable with hand and power tools and able to work accurately with minimal direction
• Experience on Multifamily renovation projects is a plus
• Additional skills in painting, drywall, tile, or flooring are a plus
• Able to lift 50 pounds, work on ladders and scaffolding, and work outdoors in all conditions
• Reliable, on time, and ready to work every scheduled day
• Clear communicator and team player (bilingual in English and Spanish a plus)
• Reliable transportation to job sites with a valid driver’s license
• Must pass a drug screen, background check and physical
