We’re seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Worker to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, visit a variety of properties, and build your skills alongside experienced professionals.
Compensation & Benefits

Position Summary
The Landscape Construction Worker performs hardscape and softscape construction, including site preparation, grading, planting, paving, irrigation, and general landscape installation. The position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, safe equipment operation, and the ability to work effectively as part of a crew.
Key Responsibilities
Read and follow landscape plans, construction drawings, and grading specifications.
Prepare sites by clearing debris, grading soil, and preparing hardscape sub-bases.
Perform excavation, grading, drainage, planting beds, and utility trenching.
Install pavers, stone, concrete, curbs, sidewalks, patios, and retaining walls.
Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and sod; apply mulch and approved treatments.
Assist with irrigation installation and maintenance.
Safely operate hand tools and equipment such as skid steers, mini-excavators, and mowers.
Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow all applicable safety requirements.
Work with crew members and supervisors to meet project schedules and quality standards.
Qualifications
Physical ability to perform outdoor, hands-on work and lift heavy materials.
Experience with hand tools and landscape construction equipment.
Ability to read basic plans and understand grading requirements.
Basic knowledge of plants, soil preparation, and hardscape materials.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Previous landscape construction experience preferred.
Work Environment
Primarily outdoor work in residential, commercial, and public spaces.
Frequent standing, digging, lifting, bending, and working with heavy materials.
May require early mornings, extended hours, and work in varying weather conditions.
