SKILLED LANDSCAPE / PLANT CARE LEAD – DETAIL MAINTENANCE DIVISION

Established landscape company looking for an experienced, hands-on landscape professional with excellent knowledge of plants, trees, pruning, trimming, fertilization, and detailed property care.

We are restructuring and growing our landscape maintenance/detail-care division and are looking for the right person who understands that quality landscaping is much more than cutting grass.

We need someone who can walk onto a property, look around, and immediately recognize:

What needs to be trimmed or selectively pruned

What plants or trees are stressed, unhealthy, overgrown, or improperly maintained
What needs fertilization or nutritional attention
What should be cut back and what should NOT be cut
How to properly shape shrubs, ornamentals, and small trees
Weed, pest, disease, and general plant-health concerns
Areas that need cleanup or improvement
The small details that separate an average landscape from a professionally maintained property

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You should be someone who:

Has real experience with Florida plants, shrubs, palms, and trees
Understands proper pruning and trimming techniques
Has strong attention to detail
Takes pride in making a property look finished and professional
Is comfortable working outside and getting your hands dirty
Can work independently without someone constantly telling you what to do
Can eventually help lead and organize a small landscape detail crew
Communicates well and treats customers and properties professionally
Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Knowledge of irrigation is a BIG PLUS.

Experience with fertilization, pest identification, arboriculture, horticulture, irrigation troubleshooting, or landscape installation is also highly valued.

This is NOT just a mowing position.

Problemas de maleza, plagas o enfermedades

Los pequeños detalles que hacen que una propiedad se vea profesionalmente mantenida
LA PERSONA QUE BUSCAMOS

Debe tener:

Experiencia real con plantas, arbustos, palmas y árboles de Florida
Conocimiento de poda y recorte apropiado
Mucha atención al detalle
Orgullo por hacer un trabajo limpio y profesional
Disposición para trabajar afuera y ensuciarse las manos
Capacidad para trabajar independientemente
Capacidad para eventualmente dirigir y organizar un pequeño equipo de mantenimiento
Buena comunicación y trato profesional con los clientes
Licencia de conducir válida y transporte confiable

Experiencia con sistemas de irrigación/riego es una GRAN VENTAJA.

También valoramos mucho experiencia con fertilización, identificación de plagas, cuidado de árboles, horticultura, reparación de irrigación o instalación de jardines.
