Skilled Painter / Specialty Finish Applicator

Quality Colors LLC is a growing painting and specialty finishes company looking to add 1–2 skilled, detail-oriented people to our network for upcoming projects throughout the Phoenix/Scottsdale metro area.

We specialize in high-end decorative and specialty finishes, including:

• Roman Clay
• Venetian Plaster
• Limewash
• Microcement
• Decorative textured finishes
• High-end interior painting
• Custom feature walls and architectural finishes

We are looking for someone with a strong background in high-end painting, drywall finishing, plaster, faux finishing, or similar detail-oriented trades. Previous experience with specialty finishes is a major plus, but we are also open to training the right person who has excellent craftsmanship and a desire to learn.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Experience with painting, drywall finishing, plaster, or decorative finishes
• Ability to properly prep, protect, mask, skim, sand, and produce clean finishes
• Reliable transportation and ability to get to job sites
• Dependable and professional
• Able to follow specific systems and instructions
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team

We are not looking for the cheapest labor. We are looking to build relationships with skilled people who care about quality and want consistent opportunities as the company grows.

Projects will primarily be in the Phoenix metro area, including Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and surrounding areas.

Pay will depend on experience and skill level. We are open to working with qualified employees, independent subcontractors, or skilled crews depending on the situation.
