What You Bring to the Table:
*Elite Prep Skills: You know a premium finish is 90% prep. You excel at meticulous sanding, clean masking, patching, and surface treatment.
*Spraying Expertise: Strong experience operating HVLP, airless, or cup spray guns. You can achieve glass-smooth finishes without runs or orange peel.
*Detail-Oriented Mindset: Patience, a sharp eye for color matching, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, professional on-site workspace.

Working Days and Hours:
*Full-Time
*Monday through Friday nights
*Typical hours are 6pm-2am with occasional days (no quick turnaround)
*Primarily in Kansas City Metro, with rare opportunities to travel

Basic Qualifications:
*Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
*Reliable transportation and active driver's license and acceptable driving record.
*Able to lift 50 lbs. and handle physically demanding workload both indoors and outdoors.
*Able to work in high spaces up to 18 feet in height.
*Able to walk, sit, stand, bend, lift and move continually during working hours.
