Skilled Remodel/Finish Carpenter $30-$40+/hr -Twin Cities NW Metro

Get It Rite Construction is growing, & we’re being highly selective about who joins the team.
We’re looking for true craftsmen who are skilled remodelers & finish carpenters whose work speaks for itself. This is not a framing role, helper position, or entry-level construction job.
The right person can walk onto a remodeling project, quickly understand what’s needed, solve problems in the field, work independently when required, & deliver finished work they’re proud to put their name on. Were looking for one or more people to join our team for the long haul.

Pay: $30-$40/hour based on demonstrated skill & efficiency.
If your craftsmanship, knowledge, & experience clearly justify more than $40/hour, we’re open to that conversation. Exceptional talent has real value. We very much are looking for those kinds of people.

Strong experience preferred in:

• Finish & trim carpentry
• Kitchen & bathroom remodeling
• Cabinetry & built-ins
• Doors & windows
• Additions & structural remodeling
• Basement finishes
• Decks & exterior carpentry
• Working with existing/older homes where nothing is perfectly square
• Reading plans, laying out work, & solving field problems independently

You must be dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working both with a team and on your own, and someone we can trust to represent Get It Rite Construction inside a customer’s home.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to provide photos of completed projects you personally worked on (and explain your specific role on those projects) before an interview is scheduled- the more, the better.

Our work is primarily residential remodeling with select additions and new construction. We are based in Zimmerman, MN, & work throughout the northwest Twin Cities metro area.
