skilled residential punch list technician - possible superintendent

I am looking for skilled residential punch out tech that is experienced with all trades such as light carpentry, trim, drywall, doors & windows, flooring, tile, etc... It is a plus if this candidate has experience managing subcontractors and maintaining a construction schedule. this candidate must have a truck and all tools needed to produce quality installations and repairs. Most of our work is new construction but we do have remodels from time to time. I need someone that can handle hands on for the lighter work and subcontractors will handle the heavier work which needs supervision. There are usually alot of punch items to complete at the end of each project and then warranty repairs that needs to be repaired.
