Skilled Residential Construction Workers

We are looking for skilled and dependable residential construction workers to join our team. We are seeking experienced individuals who take pride in their workmanship, pay attention to detail, and can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of residential construction, remodeling, and repair work
Framing, drywall, siding, flooring, minor painting, finish work, and general carpentry
Read and follow plans, measurements, and job specifications
Safely operate common construction tools and equipment
Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area
Work professionally with homeowners, contractors, and other trades
Complete projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Qualifications:

Previous residential construction experience required

Experience with rough plumbing, rough electrical, basic framing is a must
Strong knowledge of residential building practices
Ability to accurately measure, cut, install, and finish materials
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Ability to work safely and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Must be able to work independently and solve problems on the job
