New Heights Roofing is currently hiring the best roofers in our area and we pay very well. We have a unique hybrid pay system where you will get paid a base hourly rate along with a piece work rate.

This means:

• You get paid based on your work (complete more, earn more)
• You won’t have any days earning nothing (or very little)
• You get paid 1.5x for overtime above 40 hrs
• Plus you’ll earn 2 weeks paid vacation per year
• And we offer paid health benefits

**Responsibilities:**

• Perform roofing installations, repairs, and replacements in accordance with industry standards and New Heights Roofing guidelines.
• Safely operate tools and equipment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to complete projects within designated timelines.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of roofing materials and debris.
• Conduct inspections and assessments to identify potential issues or areas requiring attention.
• Communicate project updates, concerns, and recommendations to supervisors and clients.
• Uphold professionalism and customer service, treating clients and their properties with respect.

**Qualifications:**

• Proven experience as a roofer, with a strong understanding of roofing techniques, materials, and best practices.
• Proficient in installing and repairing various roofing systems, including asphalt shingles, metal roofs, and flat roofs.
• Solid knowledge of safety guidelines and the ability to prioritize safety in all aspects of the job.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with crew members, supervisors, and clients.
• Physical stamina and ability to work at heights, lift heavy materials, and withstand outdoor weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
