SKILLED SUBCONTRACTOR WANTED — Residential Remodeling

**Licensed Subcontractors Wanted — Residential Remodeling (Walnut Creek / East Bay)**

Established residential remodeling company seeking experienced, licensed subcontractors for ongoing projects in the East Bay / Walnut Creek area. This is steady, repeat work for the right people — we're building long-term working relationships, not filling one job.

**Trades Needed:** Finish Carpentry (including cabinetry), Tile Setting, Plumbing, Painting

**Requirements (non-negotiable):**

• Active CSLB license in your trade — we verify every license before the first call
• General liability insurance (certificate required before starting work)
• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a drug test
• 3+ years of residential remodeling experience in the Bay Area
• Own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation
• 3 references from recent jobs — we call them
• Familiarity with local building codes and permit processes (Berkeley, Walnut Creek, Contra Costa County)

**Project Types:** Kitchen and bathroom remodels, interior renovations, structural modifications, decks, fences, condo renovations, and custom finish work.

**Homeowner & Job Site Professionalism:**

Much of our work is in occupied homes and gated communities with HOA oversight. You must:

• Respect the homeowner's home — arrive on time, work efficiently, clean jobsite daily
• Communicate professionally and courteously with homeowners and neighbors at all times
• Follow all HOA rules and regulations — parking, noise hours, access restrictions
• Understand that violations can halt the project and cost the homeowner and you money

This is non-negotiable. If you've had conflicts on past jobs, this isn't the right fit.

**Arrangement:**

• 1099 subcontractor basis with written subcontract agreement
• Project-based or phase-based compensation (negotiable per scope)
• Steady pipeline of work for reliable, quality-focused subs
