Toro Paint Pros is a growing general contracting company seeking a reliable, experienced tape and floater/painter to join our team for projects in DFW, TX
If you're skilled at tape and float/painting and take pride in your craftsmanship, we want you! This is a great chance to work with an experienced company.
——————-What We're Looking For:——————
- 2+ Years of Experience: You must have a solid background in residential and/or commercial tapping, bedding, floating, and painting.
- Quality Work: We need someone who is detail-oriented and ensures a clean, professional finish.
- Required Tools: You must have your own basic tapping/floating and painting tools (paint brushes, rollers, straightedge, etc.).
- Reliability: You must be punctual, dependable, and ready to work.
- Driver's License & Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a must for getting to the job site.
- Bonus Skills: Experience with painting, plan reading, wallpapering, plaster/venetian is a plus!
- Job Type: This is a temporary position to start, with the strong potential for a full-time, permanent role based on your performance and our ongoing project needs.
- Competitive Pay: Starting wage is $22 p/hour with a 90-day probation. Potential raise offered based on your performance after the probation period has ended.
