ROVING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

We are looking for a detail oriented Roving Maintenance Technician

Job duties include:

• Complete work orders to our standards with a great eye for detail. Work orders will include rent readies and service requests.
• Submitting job worksheets for each job detailing work completed and materials used

Experience Required

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits. (Including fixture, switch and outlet replacements)
• Hang, tape and texture drywall
• General carpentry (Hang pre-hung & door slabs, fence/deck repair, cabinet repair, bath remodels, kitchen remodels)
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing such as pipe leaks, faucet/shower leaks, fixture and water heater replacements
• Ability to do tile repairs and installation
• Miscellaneous repairs to include but not limited to window coverings, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors, window and door screens, etc.

Qualifications:

• Must be proficient in all areas of property maintenance including plumbing, drywall repair, painting, electrical and carpentry
• Three years maintenance experience required and dwelling maintenance experience preferred. Experience with kitchen and bath remodels a plus.
• Valid CA driver's license, clean driving record and insurance required.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter who demonstrates professionalism, can work independently and takes pride in doing a job well.
• Able to plan, organize and follow through on work.
• A positive and motivated attitude.
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. and able to meet all physical requirements.
• Must have reliable transportation and tools
