Experienced Subcontractors, Tradesman, and Maintenance Handymen/Technicians

General contractor seeking experienced, dependable subcontractors for Charlotte and surrounding areas. We do work from Rock Hill to Winston Salem. We also are seeking the same in Raleigh and surrounding areas.

The work ranges from changing the flag on one mailbox to reroofing the community of 40 buildings and everything in between. We do not do new construction - only maintenance to existing buildings/properties.

Our primary customer base consists of property management and real estate agents, and we are also looking to build relationships with experienced commercial subcontractors.

Services We Provide to our customer base:

• Roofing (full replacements & repairs)
• Carpentry, framing, decks, railings & wood repairs
• Full and partial siding repairs & replacement
• Exterior Painting, Stucco
• Interior painting and drywall repair
• Gutter repairs, replacement, and cleaning
• Pressure washing
• Interior repairs (handyman/unit turns)
• Debris removal
• General property maintenance
• Commercial and residential fences/gates
• Drainage solutions and landscape grading
• Masonry and concrete work
• Flooring - commercial and residential
• Jobsite and unit turn cleaning

Requirements:

• Must have and maintain General Liability and Workmans Comp coverage (even if you are a sole proprietor)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must own the necessary tools and equipment to perform the work
