Skilled trade needed

We are looking for reliable, experienced skilled tradespeople and framers for residential construction projects throughout Los Angeles and Orange County.

Responsibilities:

• Wood framing for new construction, additions, ADUs, and remodels
• Layout walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, and structural openings
• Install beams, headers, posts, joists, trusses, sheathing, and hardware
• Read plans and follow structural details
• Perform demolition, backing, blocking, and framing corrections
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
• Coordinate effectively with the project manager and other trades

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of residential framing or skilled construction experience
• Must have reliable transportation and basic hand tools
• Ability to read plans and use construction measuring/layout tools
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Must follow jobsite safety requirements
• References and photos of previous work are preferred

Position: Full-time or project-based
Service Area: Los Angeles and Orange County
Compensation: Based on experience and skill level
