**DC Restoration is Hiring!****“MULTI-TRADE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED”**
DC Restoration is looking for an experienced, dependable **Skilled Tradesman** to join our Restoration & Reconstruction team. We are seeking a well-rounded individual who is comfortable performing a variety of residential and commercial repair work following water, fire, storm, and other property damage.
This position is ideal for someone who has experience in multiple construction trades and takes pride in completing quality work from start to finish.
### Responsibilities
- Drywall installation, repair, taping, texturing, and finishing
- Interior and exterior painting
- Cabinetry installation and minor cabinet repairs
- Baseboard, trim, doors, and finish carpentry
- Flooring removal and installation
- Light plumbing repairs and fixture installation
- Minor electrical-related tasks within permitted scope
- Framing and general carpentry
- Hardware and fixture installation
- Punch-list and finish work
- Residential and commercial property repairs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
- Communicate with Project Managers regarding job progress, materials, and additional repairs needed
- Follow company safety procedures and building requirements
- Previous experience in **restoration, remodeling, construction, or property repair**
- Experience in multiple skilled trades strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to troubleshoot and find practical solutions in the field
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to lift and carry construction materials and equipment
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Dependable transportation and consistent attendance
- Professional appearance and attitude when working in customers' homes and businesses
Experience working in the **insurance restoration industry** is highly desirable. Candidates familiar with repairing properties following water, fire, mold, or other damage are encouraged to apply.
