Skilled Tradesman / Construction Professional Wanted

We’re looking for a professional, dependable, and skilled tradesman to join our in-house, self-performing general contracting team.

Broad construction experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with strong experience in a specific trade may also be a great fit. We’re willing to train the right person, but you must be coachable, motivated, and willing to learn how we do things.

• Broad construction knowledge or proven skill in a specific trade
• Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn, improve, and take pride in the finished product
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Confidence is welcome. A know-it-all attitude without the experience or performance to back it up will be paid at an entry-level rate.
