Mendenhall Construction llc is growing, and we're hiring on purpose-slow. We'd rather run short than carry someone who doesn't pull their weight.
Here's what work with us actually looks like:
Steady jobs. Work you're proud to put your name on. A crew that trusts you to handle it instead of standing over your shoulder. Do good work consistently, and you'll never wonder where the next job is coming from — and there's room to grow into more.
We don't babysit. If you need someone checking your every move, this isn't it. If you'd rather be trusted, keep reading.

Two kinds of people we're looking for:SKILLED & Experienced (2–3 spots): You can walk onto a job and handle flooring, painting, cabinets, drywall, and general repairs without hand-holding. You solve problems instead of creating them.

SKILLED TRADESMEN(2 spots): You don't need every trade mastered. If you can mount a TV, swap a fixture, and show up sharp and ready to learn, there's a path here.
Non-negotiables:
✅ Reliable — you show up when you say you will, every time
✅ Integrity — you do it right even when no one's watching
✅ Own vehicle, valid driver's license & insurance
✅ Pride in your craft — for people who bet on themselves and want to build something real.
