Banning and Son Inc., a local residential construction company, is looking for dependable and experienced Skilled Tradesmen to join our growing team. We offer steady, year-round work on a variety of residential remodeling projects throughout San Diego County.

Responsibilities

Perform skilled trade work including framing, drywall, finish carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general construction (experience in multiple areas is a plus)

Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail

Work independently or collaboratively with team members

Follow all jobsite safety guidelines and company procedures

Travel to various residential job sites throughout San Diego County

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in residential construction or skilled trades

Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and construction methods

Ability to manage work across multiple job sites

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Punctual, dependable, and professional attitude
