Skilled Tradesmen Wanted

Looking to add a few more talented tradesmen to my team.

We currently do rehab flips, rent ready repairs for units and also rehabs for rentals. We stay busy throughout winter, and business continues to grow.

Typical things we do include full house painting, flooring, minor plumbing and electrical, carpentry, general handyman tasks
We remodel bathrooms and do cabinet installs as well.

We only work on vacant houses, and at this time I'm looking for 1-2 more skilled tradesmen to add to my team.

Our current team works well together, and when looking for new help fit and attitude is just as important as talent.

Pay negotiable depending on experience. I'm happy to quickly increase pay to match skill and speed. My guys have been with me for years and I treat and compensate them well for their effort.
