Skilled Tradesmen/Carpenter

We are a successful, busy and well established residential and commercial construction company in San Carlos with projects mainly on the Peninsula. We are currently seeking SKILLED motivated carpenters, bi-lingual a plus.

We work a four (4) day work week from Tuesday to Friday 10 hour days, 7:00AM to 5:30 PM. We offer medical benefits and a 401(k) plan. Salary will be determined based on your experience.

The applicant should be able to perform the following:

• Ability to read and understand architectural and structural plans
• Good communication skills
• Good English reading and writing skills
• Ability to work on projects independently and in a team
• Ability to lead projects
• Must be punctual
• Rough framing
• Concrete form work
• Rough and finish electrical
• Rough and finish plumbing
• Window and door installation
• Kitchen cabinet installation
• Drywall installation
• Tape and texturing skills
• Some painting skills
• Welding skills a plus
• Have personal supply of general carpentry tools and knowledge
• Good references
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Clean professional appearance
• Non drug user
