Position Summary

The Skilled Working Foreman is responsible for leading and coordinating field crews while actively participating in daily concrete construction activities. This position serves as the primary on-site leader, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with plans, specifications, company standards, and OSHA requirements.

A successful Working Foreman leads by example, maintains productivity, communicates effectively with management and clients, and possesses the hands-on skills necessary to perform all aspects of concrete construction.
