Our welder’s helper employees train in all facets of fabrication including welding. Helpers learn to fabricate through cutting, layout, fitting/tacking, CNC equipment operation, grinding etc. and advance toward welding positions within our shop when they demonstrate enthusiasm, effort to improve, and continue to show potential as a long-term employee. Our goal is to have employees doing basic welding tasks within the first 3-6 months Position/pay advancements possible through on-going skill assessments and certifications through our shop.

We are a small but busy and growing company specializing in fabrication and occasionally installation of miscellaneous metals such as handrails and small stairs. We have been in business for over 20 years.

About the job:
Must have some basic hands-on experience using hand tools, be able to read a tape measure, and handle basic power tools such as a grinder. Pay for this position is $15/hour with potential for advancement as skills grow. We are looking to add high-energy, hard-working members to our team. This position will be mostly shop based work but will include some field installation and short-term travel.

Standard Work Hours are Monday- Thursday 6am to 4:30pm. Overtime is available currently.
