As a locally owned and growing business, we are expanding into a new 5,500-square-foot facility and showroom in North Durham in November 2026. Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Small Engine Repair Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience diagnosing, servicing, and repairing small gas-powered engines. You will work on a variety of equipment in the shop, interact with customers, and assist with pick-ups and deliveries.

W2 Hourly or Salaried Employee with PTO, paid sick time, and 9 paid holidays.

Service technician requirements:

Proven small engine repair experience and/or certification preferred.
Experience with IDEAL software is a plus however software training will be provided.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Ability to read and apply service manuals and schematics.
Must have a clean driving record/valid license.
Customer service experience preferred.
Experience operating a forklift is a plus although not required.
