Small local company hiring (please read post)

Please don't tell me what you think I want to hear. Text me if you are interested and I will ask a few questions and answer them honestly. I need a self motivated person willing to work 8hr days 4 to 5 days a week for a total of 30 to 40 hours weekends are extra. 20 dollars an hour all you have to do is use basic construction knowledge and basic common sense and some carpentry knowledge helps. And if you don't know or have never used certain tools do say you have in fear of not getting or losing the job it just tells me I'll need to show you. There are job completion bonuses but that's after I train a couple of people later this job is for me to train a possible leader or replacement in the field so could be a good opportunity. This company was capable of employing 5 people at one time. I'm just making sure I hire the right ones this time. I have only one position. Thanks for reading please text. I appreciate it.
