Description
Professional Renovation Services is looking to build relationships with experienced handymen and small construction companies to work with us as subcontractors on ongoing projects at apartment communities and multifamily properties.
We are looking for dependable subcontractors who take pride in their work, communicate well, and are interested in developing a long-term working relationship with a growing restoration and renovation company.
Types of Work Available
We are currently looking for subcontractors experienced in:
- Drywall installation and repairs
- Drywall taping, texture, and finishing
- Interior painting
- Baseboard and trim installation
- LVP and other flooring installation
- Flooring repairs
- Tile installation and repairs
- Minor carpentry and wood repairs
- Cabinet repairs and installation
- Apartment unit repairs and turns
- General handyman and punch-list work
- Small reconstruction projects
Who We're Looking For
We welcome:
- Individual handymen
- 2–3 person crews
- Small construction and remodeling companies
- Established subcontractors looking for additional consistent work
Requirements
Subcontractors must be able to:
- Provide quality, professional workmanship
- Maintain reliable transportation and necessary tools
- Communicate effectively with our Project Managers and office
- Complete assigned work within agreed-upon schedules
- Maintain clean and professional jobsites
- Provide appropriate licensing and insurance when required for the work being performed
- Complete PRS subcontractor/vendor onboarding requirements
