Description
Southern Dropcloth Painting is looking for a dependable, hardworking Soft Washing Technician / Painter to join our growing team.

What You'll Do
- Soft wash residential and commercial buildings
- Clean driveways, sidewalks, patios, and concrete
- Wash fences and other exterior surfaces
- Set up, maintain, and safely operate cleaning equipment
- Represent our company professionally with customers
- Assist our professional painting crews on residential and commercial projects as needed.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must have a clean driving record and be insurable under our commercial auto insurance policy
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Able to lift 50+ pounds
- Comfortable working on ladders
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Drug-free and dependable
- Professional experience in painting, construction, pressure washing, or a related trade is preferred
- Experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
- Painting experience is a big plus. Candidates with painting experience may also have opportunities to assist our painting crews when needed.
- Starting Pay: $16–$20/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
