Sparc Solar LLC is hiring experienced, full-time Solar Installers and Foremen for local, year-round residential and commercial installations based out of Roselle, IL.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead or support the physical installation of residential and commercial solar arrays.
• Layout, assemble, and install solar modules, racking, and electrical components.
• Troubleshoot, commission, and configure advanced inverter and battery storage systems.
• Ensure all job sites meet strict safety standards and structural quality codes.
• Foremen will manage on-site crew workflows, timelines, and client communication.

What You Need to Thrive

• Proven mid-level experience in solar installation, electrical work, or construction.
• Hands-on experience with Enphase, SolarEdge, Tesla, and Franklin systems.
• Willingness to obtain specific equipment certifications if not already held.
• Strong physical stamina for outdoor work, roof navigation, and heavy lifting year-round.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to job sites or the Roselle shop.
