Solar installer/ Electrician

We’re looking for a reliable Solar Installer / Electrical Helper to join our crew. Work includes residential solar installs, electrical work, and service upgrades across the area.
This is a great opportunity to learn a trade and grow with a licensed electrical contractor.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting with solar panel installations
Helping with main panel upgrades and electrical work
Running conduit, pulling wire, mounting equipment
Roof and ground work (must be comfortable with heights)
Keeping job sites clean and organized
Requirements:
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Basic hand tools
Comfortable working outdoors and on roofs
Construction or electrical experience is a plus
