🔧 What You'll Do

⚡ Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential solar PV systems

🔍 Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues

🔄 Replace inverters, modules, disconnects, wiring, and other system components

🛠️ Perform preventative maintenance to maximize system performance

📋 Read electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation

📝 Complete service reports and repair documentation

😊 Deliver outstanding customer service during residential service visits

🚗 Operate and maintain a company-issued service vehicle

📚 Stay current on solar technology and California electrical codes

✅ Minimum Qualifications

✔️ 1-5 years of residential solar maintenance, troubleshooting, or service experience

✔️ Active California Residential Electrician or General Electrician License (REQUIRED)

✔️ Experience troubleshooting residential solar PV systems and inverters

✔️ Comfortable working on residential rooftops (1-3 stories)

✔️ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

📍 Candidates living in or near Riverside or San Bernardino are strongly preferred.
