SOLAR PV INSTALLATION TECHNICIANS — 2–3 OPENINGS
Up to $42/Hour • Full Family Benefits • Local Maui Work
Wikiwiki Solar & Electric is hiring SOLAR PV INSTALLATION TECHNICIANS for residential and commercial projects throughout Maui.
This is a hands-on field position—not sales. It’s an excellent opportunity for experienced solar installers, roofers, and construction workers, as well as motivated people who want to build a career in the solar and electrical trades.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Install solar PV modules, racking, flashing, and related equipment
- Work on residential roofs and commercial project sites
- Assist with layout, material staging, wire management, and system installation
- Safely load, unload, carry, and organize equipment and materials
- Protect customers’ property and maintain clean, professional jobsites
- Follow plans, instructions, and company safety procedures
- Work closely with electricians, supervisors, and other crew members
- Learn new installation and electrical skills as you advance
- Pay up to $42 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

- Dependable, motivated, and safety-minded people
- Solar, roofing, construction, or electrical experience is preferred
- Entry-level candidates with strong mechanical ability and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
- Comfortable working outdoors, on rooftops, ladders, and at heights
- Physically able to lift and safely handle solar modules and installation materials
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Able to work well with a crew and independently when required
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Valid driver’s license and a reasonably clean driving record
- Reliable attendance and transportation
- Willing to occasionally work after hours, weekends, or holidays when necessary—this is rare
- A positive attitude and a sense of humor
