# NOW HIRING – SOLAR PANEL REMOVAL & REINSTALLATION TECHNICIAN
**Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week | Phoenix Metro Area**

Crestwood General Contracting is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team performing solar panel removals and reinstallations for residential roofing projects throughout the Phoenix metro area.

This is a **full-time, year-round position with a consistent 40-hour workweek.**

### Job Responsibilities

• Remove existing solar panels prior to roof replacement.
• Reinstall solar panels after roofing work is completed.
• Safely disconnect, handle, store, and reconnect solar equipment as authorized.
• Work with a helper to complete projects efficiently.
• Inspect mounting hardware and ensure panels are properly secured.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.

### Requirements

• Experience with solar panel installation, removal, or electrical work preferred.
• Comfortable working on residential rooftops.
• Mechanically inclined and able to use hand and power tools.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
• Willingness to work early mornings during Arizona summers.
