About Us

We are a premium cannabis farm and Type 6 manufacturing facility specializing in solventless extraction. Our focus is on producing high-quality rosin and hash through meticulous processes that prioritize purity, consistency, and excellence.Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Head Washer & Rosin Maker to lead our solventless extraction operations. This role requires expertise in ice water hash extraction (bubble hash), rosin pressing, and post-processing techniques. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of production, including operating and maintaining equipment, overseeing quality control, handling data and inventory, and leading a small team of 2-3 employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all solventless extraction processes including washing, sieving, drying, curing, and pressing rosin.
• Maintain strict quality control standards to ensure the highest level of purity, yield, and consistency.
• Manage and train a small team (2-3 people) to optimize workflow and maintain efficiency.
• Maintain accurate data tracking and inventory management, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Oversee production schedules, raw material usage, and finished product output.
• Operate and maintain freezers, washers, dryers, filtration systems, and press machines.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of hash and rosin to preserve terpene profiles.
• Keep production areas and equipment clean, sanitized, and compliant with local regulations.
• Troubleshoot issues related to washing, drying, pressing, or yield loss and implement improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with solventless extraction, specifically ice water hash and rosin production.
• Strong understanding of resin quality, trichome structure, and micron filtration techniques.
• Ability to fine-tune processes for yield maximization without sacrificing quality.
• Management experience—able to lead a small team effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing top-tier solventless extracts.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements, safety protocols, and inventory tracking systems.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in cold environments.
• Knowledge of strain selection, resin behavior, and cultivar-specific extraction techniques is a plus.
