We Are Looking for Someone With Construction Experience Who Wants to Learn a Skilled Trade

We are an established company with over 35 years in the industry, is looking for a dependable, hardworking Installer Helper with previous hands-on construction experience to join our team.

This is NOT an entry-level position for someone with no construction background. However, you do not need to be an experienced window and door installer.

We are willing to train the right person who already has a foundation in construction, knows how to work with tools, can follow instructions, and genuinely wants to develop their skills in a specialized trade.

We value reliability, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the willingness to learn.

Qualifications – Please Read Before Applying

Previous hands-on work experience in construction, remodeling, carpentry, or a related trade is REQUIRED.

VALID California Driver's License is REQUIRED, along with an acceptable driving record.

Working knowledge of basic hand and power tools.

Ability to accurately use a tape measure and perform basic measurements.

Ability to listen carefully, follow instructions, and complete assigned tasks properly.

Dependable, punctual, responsible, and ready to work.

Willingness to learn new techniques and improve existing skills.

Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and carrying heavy materials.

Reliable transportation to and from work.

Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Window and door installation experience is a PLUS, but not required if you have relevant construction experience and the ability to learn.

Job Responsibilities

Assist experienced installers with residential window and door installations.

Support retrofit and new construction projects.

Measure, cut, prepare, and install materials under supervision.

Safely operate hand and power tools.

Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.

Follow installation procedures and directions from the lead installer.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.

Take initiative and develop the skills needed to become a more experienced installer.

What We Offer

Full-time employment, approximately 40 hours per week.

Monday–Friday daytime schedule.

$20–$25 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

Consistent work with an established company.

Approximately 95% of our projects are located within 15 minutes of our Los Alamitos shop.
