Spackler / Painter for Residential Apartments

We are looking for an experienced spackler and painter for ongoing apartment and property maintenance work.

Most of the work will be spackling, patching, sanding, and painting walls. We need someone who can do clean, professional finish work and leave units ready for paint or move-in.

Work includes:

Skim coating / patching where needed
Sanding and preparing walls properly
Touch-up painting
Full-room painting when needed
Cleaning up after the job
Sending before-and-after photos when work is completed

Requirements:

Must have experience with spackling and painting
Must be reliable and show up when scheduled
Must have basic tools
Must be able to work neatly in apartments
Transportation
Must be able to communicate clearly by phone/text
