Specialty Mechanic, 4x4

Looking for a mechanic.

Must be able to do full diagnostics and repairs with no hand holding.
Timing belts, head gaskets, engine swaps

Must be Punctual, and able to learn and repeat tasks without variance
Experience in alignment is also preferred, understanding what the measurements are and what they do, not just following what the machine says.

The more experienced, the more the pay.

I am very peculiar with the way the work must be done, bolts torqued, thread lock, anti-seize, and marking bolts are some of the things that must be done on every job.

Must be able to easily bend and lift 50 pounds
Must have current drivers license with no DUI or suspensions
Must be able to pass drug test
Must have tools
Must have reliable transportation

Fabrication experience a plus

Vintage air/ EFI install a plus

Also potentially looking for a part time fabricator, on call/ per need basis.
