A spot welder joins overlapping sheets of thin metal at specific points using heat and pressure.
The spot welder welds two pieces of metal together in one spot. The machine uses an electrical current to weld the pieces of metal together. The electricity is ultimately converted into heat to provide welding solutions. This operation uses a transformer and a large capacitor to build up a strong electrical charge.
