What You'll Do

Install spray foam insulation in residential and commercial buildings
Prepare work areas and equipment for installation
Follow safety procedures and quality standards
Work on construction sites with a crew to complete projects on schedule
Operate insulation equipment and tools (training provided)

What We're Looking For

Construction, carpentry, roofing, siding, framing, or other trade experience preferred
Ability to lift materials and perform physical work throughout the day
Comfortable working on ladders and in varying weather conditions
Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
Valid driver's license preferred
