Spray foam insulation installers

About the Role

Insulation Co. is a full-service insulation company serving custom home builders and general contractors in Austin. We’re looking for experienced spray foam installers to lead jobs in the field and install quality work on time and within spec.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a Graco Reactor 3 (R3) proportioner to install open and closed cell spray foam
• Install fiberglass and mineral wool insulation for wet walls, sound walls, and mid floors as required per work order and job specifications
• Operate ladders, lifts, and scaffolding safely to access work areas
• Handle material changeovers and consolidation
• Rebuild and maintain Fusion AP guns to keep equipment running reliably
• Perform regularly scheduled rig maintenance to ensure equipment is properly functioning at all times
• Perform jobsite prep, netting, and Stage 1 polyseal
• Haul the spray foam rig to and from the shop and job site daily
• Take ownership of completing jobs on time and within the specified material quantities
• Enforce manufacturer specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols on every job

What We’re Looking For

• Skilled installers who take pride in their work and just want to work hard
• Installers motivated by career growth with the opportunity to grow into a lead, foreman, or production manager role
• Detail-oriented and disciplined, with strong work ethic, and follow-through
• Comfortable hauling and operating a spray foam rig from startup to shut down
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Minimum 18 years of age
