Starting ay $25.00 / Hour. Pay Will be Based on Experience.

No resurfacing experience needed. We'll train you. If you've done painting, auto body, tile, drywall, or any hands-on trade work and you take pride in a clean, finished job, we want to hear from you.

At Get A Grip, we make worn-out bathtubs, showers, tile, and countertops look brand new without tearing anything out. You'll show up to a job, spray a finish, and leave the customer with a result they can't stop talking about. It's skilled, satisfying work, and you'll see the payoff every single day.

What You'll Do

• Prep and spray bathtubs, countertops, tile, fiberglass enclosures, shower pans, and vanities
• Protect the customer's home or property from overspray and leave every work area clean
• Follow all safety procedures, including wearing a respirator (provided)
• Keep your van, tools, and supplies clean, organized, and stocked
• Be the friendly, professional face of Get A Grip for homeowners, property managers, apartments, hotels, and commercial customers
• Our business runs on referrals. Our techs aren't just craftsmen, they're the reason customers call us back.

What You Need

• A valid driver's license (required)
• Reliable, on time, and able to work independently once trained
• An eye for detail and pride in doing the job right
• Comfortable using a smartphone for job info, photos, and communication
• Friendly and respectful with customers

A plus, but not required: high school diploma or equivalent, resurfacing, and experience in painting, auto body or collision repair, tile, drywall, cabinet finishing, or another trade.
