Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Spray Technician with experience in spray applications (automotive, cabinet, industrial, or similar). This is a hands-on role involving surface prep and precision coating work inside occupied homes and properties.

This is not a general labor position—quality and consistency are critical.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces (deep cleaning, sanding, masking, minor repairs)
Apply coatings using HVLP or similar spray equipment
Produce smooth, defect-free finishes (no runs, orange peel, or inconsistencies)
Maintain a clean, organized job site
Communicate professionally with customers on-site
Follow strict safety procedures (respirators, ventilation systems)

Requirements

Prior spray painting experience (auto body, cabinetry, industrial, etc.) strongly preferred
High attention to detail and craftsmanship mindset
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs. and working in tight spaces (bathrooms, residential settings)
