What You'll Do:

• Complete service requests and apartment turns
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Maintain community curb appeal and common areas
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents

What We're Looking For:

• Apartment maintenance experience preferred
• General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• EPA Certification Required
