Position Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and experienced Start-to-Finish Remodeler who can
handle all phases of residential remodeling, from demolition to final touches. You should
be comfortable working independently or as part of a team, with strong problem-solving
skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Execute residential remodeling projects from demolition to completion
Perform framing, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, trim, cabinetry, and finish work
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
Ensure work meets building codes and safety regulations
Communicate with project managers and clients professionally
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Help coordinate subcontractors when necessary
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on remodeling or general construction experience
Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and tools
Proficiency with finish carpentry, drywall, tiling, and cabinetry
A valid driver’s license, with a good driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying conditions
Self-motivated with a high standard of workmanship
