Starting pay $22/hour Dog Walker/Pet Sitter HEAVY LIFTING PHYSICAL JOB

Rufferees is a professional dog daycare, boarding, and walking company based in the SF/Bay Area, with field operations in Montara. We're looking for a reliable, dog-loving handler to join our team — this is a real position with structured pay, defined hours, and a trained team, not a casual or one-off gig.

Pay: $22/hour, W-2

Vehicle: Company vehicle provided

What you'll be doing:

Walking and handling multiple dogs (including off-leash groups) safely and confidently
Working outdoors in all weather conditions — sun, wind, fog, and rain
Following structured daily routes and client care instructions
Communicating professionally with clients and our management team

What we're looking for:

Dog handling or pet care experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person
Comfortable managing multiple dogs at once, including different temperaments and sizes
Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided for routes)
Strong communication skills — this is a client-facing role
Physically able to be active outdoors in all conditions, including rain
