Steel stud framers and drywall hangers and demo laborers

We are looking to hire commercial framing carpenters that specializes in both steel stud framing and drywall hanging. Must be able to PRODUCE, and conduct themselves as a journeyman carpenter with a minimum five years’ experience. $35/hr

We are also hiring laborers for VCT tile demolition. Work starts Tuesday. If you have experience with concrete polishing a bonus. If you have experience with steel stud framing and drywall at a journeyman level also a bonus and can help with the rest of the job at a higher rate. Absolutely no druggies or drunks. Must be reliable and have own transportation. Paid at the end of the first day, the rest at the end of the week. Again, no tweakers. $25/hr
