Stone Fabricator

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Stone Fabricator to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will transform raw stone into high-quality finished products for residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities

Fabricate & Finish: Cut, shape, sand, polish, grind, and seal stone materials to meet precise project specifications.
Specialized Cuts: Execute 45∘ miter cuts, sink cutouts, and various edge profiles (including mitered and ogee profiles).
Read Blueprints: Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate dimensional measurements.
Operate Equipment: Safely use hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery (saws, grinders, polishers, and milling equipment).
Environment: Work comfortably in both wet and dry shop conditions.
Qualifications Required:

Experience: Prior background in fabrication, manufacturing, construction, or a warehouse environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with stone fabrication hand/power tools and knowledge of residential and commercial finishes.
Math & Measurement: Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimation.
Physical Fitness: Strong work ethic with the ability to safely lift and maneuver heavy materials.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

Experience operating bridge saws or CNC machinery.

Familiarity with forklift or heavy equipment operation (training provided if necessary).
Basic mechanical knowledge for minor equipment maintenance.
Work Location: In person (Yonkers is our company location but the job locations are primarily in the city)
