Experienced Stone Installer – Granite, Marble, Quartz, Quartzite & Porcelain

We are seeking an experienced stone installer to join our team. We specialize in custom residential and commercial stone projects throughout the Phoenix Metro area, working with granite, quartz, marble, quartzite, and porcelain.
We are looking for a dependable professional who takes pride in their craftsmanship, pays attention to detail, works efficiently, and understands what it takes to deliver a high-quality finished installation.
Fabrication experience is highly desired — installers with both installation and fabrication skills are encouraged to apply. This position may provide opportunities to take on additional fabrication and leadership responsibilities within the company.
Responsibilities

• Fabricate and install custom granite, quarts, marble, and porcelain projects for residential and commercial projects.
• Read and interpret job specifications, measurements, drawings, and installation instructions.
• Set, level, secure, and properly align pieces.
• Perform professional seaming, scribing, caulking, and finishing as required.
• Install and work around sinks, backsplashes, cabinets, walls, and other jobsite conditions.
• Identify and resolve installation issues in the field.
• Perform repairs and adjustments when necessary.
• Coordinate with the fabrication and installation teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Protect customers' homes, businesses, and property during installation.
• Work efficiently to minimize damage, rework, material waste, and unnecessary delays.
• Assist with fabrication when qualified and as needed.
• Occasionally travel outside of Arizona for projects. Out-of-state travel is rare.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional stone installation experience.
• Experience installing granite, quartz, natural stone, quartzite, and/or porcelain.
• Experience with high-end custom residential installation preferred.
• Stone fabrication experience is highly desired.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to read and understand measurements, job specifications, and installation requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot installation challenges and make sound decisions in the field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet project deadlines.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience hauling a trailer.
• Ability to safely lift and maneuver heavy materials with assistance and proper equipment.
• Read/Write in English
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time, year-round employment
• Starting pay at $22/hour, depending on experience and skill level
